The conference hotel, the Marriott SpringHill Suites are adjacent to the Devens Common Center.

The hotel is now completely booked except for the room block reserved for the GRRN Conference. Mention GrassRoots Recycling Network to receive the discounted room rate of $119.00 per night.

SpringHill Suites are large studio suites with separate sleeping area. Rooms have either 2 queens or 1 king bed and the seating area has a sofa with a pull-out bed. It is cost-effective and comfortable to share a room.

The hotel has free parking, free wired & wireless internet, and free hot breakfast for registered guests. Rooms also have a pantry area with small refrigerator & coffee maker.

Springhill Suites is a non-smoking facility.

Room sharing: We've set up a room-sharing bulletin board (now closed). Please be sure to read the directions before posting. You will need to register with the bulletin board to post your room requirements. This board will only be available through the duration of the conference. It will be taken down shortly thereafter.
